Sp-200-S / Full Automatik 5 Lines Stick Sugar Packaging Machine
Aypamak Sp-200 Model Stick Powder Sugar Packing Machine first unloads the 200 mm wide foil, which is laminated, printed, wound in coil, according to the speed of the machine. After the foil drawn by the mechanical system is circulated between the rollers, it slices the foil in 5 equal widths with circular slicing blades. The sliced material enters the 5-line collar form and becomes a stick cartridge pipe. The material coming out of the collar form is welded from the back with vertical heat bonding. By means of a jaw holding the package and welding horizontally, it is mechanically pulled and cut to the desired length at the same time. During drawing, volumetric weighed product is thrown into each line. The difference of Aypamak Sp-200 Model Stick Sugar Packing Machine from other brand models is produced with an optional design. It can easily transform into a single line powder filling and packaging machine. If desired, it can be transformed into a 3-line instant coffee packaging machine. If desired, it can be used for packaging liquid products by adding a liquid filling pump.
