Vertical Powder Packaging Machine is a single line packaging machine designed for vertical packaging of powder products from 1 gram to 60 grams. It first unloads the laminated, printed, rolled foil according to the packaging speed of the machine. By taking the form of a collar, the pillow becomes a pipe. The material coming out of the collar form is welded from the back with vertical heat bonding. It is pulled and cut mechanically to the desired length by means of a jaw holding the package and welding horizontally. During pulling, the weighed product is thrown into the package with a screw.
It consists of functional groups that are generally specified in order to make filled Pillow Type Stick Powder packages of packaging material with a minimum width of 80 mm and a maximum of 200 mm in coil form.
- Machine Main Body: It is manufactured from profile steel material as standard. It is coated with static baked paint. It has long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, dust-proof and food-compatible features.
- Coil Opening Stand: Automatic motorized foil opening system, synchronized according to machine speed, is installed.
- Photocell Spot System: The machine works according to the spotted system on the printed material.
- Forming Collar System: It gives the shape of Stick finger tube to the sliced material.
- Vertical Backing System: Back welding of the material, which is formed as a tube, is performed.
- Mechanical Eccentric Length Adjustment System: The length of the package drawn for printed and unprinted materials is adjusted mechanically.
- Horizontal Welding and Cutting System: The bottom and top of the package are glued and cut.
- Screw Filling System: With screw filling, the product is weighed and emptied into the package. It can be adjusted from the screen between 1 gram and 60 grams.
